The Firm Foundation Class is designed specifically for recently graduated teens through twenty-somethings who are beginning their careers. This generation is referred to by the media as "Generation Y"; however it is more appropriately a "Why Generation". This is the stage of life when young adults begin to ask "Why" should I attend church, "Why" does doctrine matter, "Why" is my life important?
The purpose of our class is to not only answer these "Why's" and help students affirm their faith in Christ but to equip them to confidently share their faith with others. The only way to accomplish this is by allowing God's Written Word to answer our questions and give us direction and purpose for our lives. With this instruction we are able to develop a trust in God's Word that is our one sure Foundation in an uncertain and ever-changing world.
The lessons are Bible-based and practical for everyday decisions that many of the students find themselves making for the first time by themselves. We hope you will join us in a class that promises to be a Christ-centered, lively format for: learning,fellowship and regularly scheduled activities.
